The Transition Team was created in order to ensure
a smooth transition to The Burrows Company from another
distributor. The primary goal of the Transition Team
is to provide exemplary customer satisfaction and quality
services so that end users do not realize that a transition
has occurred in distribution. However, the multiple
levels of services and support activities from Burrows’
Transition Team go beyond the function of transitioning
new customers to Burrows.
The members of the Team apply their resources, knowledge,
and experience in healthcare
distribution to prevent any setbacks that may occur
during the transition. In the unlikely event an account
uses a product(s) from a manufacturer for whom Burrows
does not distribute, the Transition Team will work with
the supplier to become an authorized distributor. Existing
customers have increased the number of items and manufacturers
they wish to utilize by routinely working with Burrows’
Transition Team.
 “Data
scrubbing” and report
generation are additional methods with which Burrows’
Transition Team can be of assistance to control costs
for your healthcare facility. Whether there are scheduled
reports you require or special ad hoc reports with which
to make prudent business decisions, consider the Transition
Team as an extra department within your facility. The
Transition Team’s expertness and functions are
value added services you can utilize at no additional
costs to your facility!
