continuity is a high priority at The Burrows Company.
As a result, redundant computer, networking, and communication
systems have been configured and located at our distribution
center in Waukesha, WI. This company-owned disaster recovery
hot-site is serviced by separate telecommunications and
power distribution companies for redundancy purposes.
Additionally, in the event an interruption with the main
communications link occurs, all branch distribution centers
have secondary communication connections configured. The
primary data center, located in Wheeling, IL, is protected
by both a UPS battery backup power system and a natural
gas generator that are continuously on-line. Should a
disaster be declared, IT functions would relocate to the
disaster site's data center and continue operations.
