Reports are an integral component in the relationship with our customers. Burrows provides a wide variety of reports, both in hard-copy and electronic format, that satisfy our customers' needs. A selection of our standard reports include:

  • ABC analysis report - categorizes products by their order frequency or descending dollar value
  • Alternate unit-of-measure report - indicates products that are available in additional units-of-measure thereby increasing fill rates and decreasing customer stocking levels
  • Asset management report - offers suggestions related to the ordering patterns of products to maximize hospital inventory turns, minimize their inventory investment, and increase cash flow
  • Categorization report - lists the products ordered by product category aiding in standardization efforts
  • Contract utilization report - details the source of the contracted price, GPO, individual contract, etc.
  • Electronic vs non-electronic ordering report - customers can measure their purchase activity being transacted electronically or manually
  • Fill rate report - reports overall fill rates for both lines and units ordered
  • Number of orders report - points out the number of SKUs ordered and the frequency of the orders
  • Price analysis and standardization report - shows numerous product attributes for products purchased - i.e. manufacturer name, product description, units ordered, number of orders, current price, last price paid, product packaging, stock status, and contract information
  • Price change report - lists products where prices are increasing or decreasing
  • Price parity report - ensures multi-hospital systems are receiving the same price for the same product for all of its entities
  • Product purchase and movement report - provides detail and summary level purchase information
  • Ship-to report - customers with either a JIT or stockless program can capture detail information by the respective purchasing departments
  • Tier level analysis report - indicates which tier level a customer is accessing and is used to move the customer to superior levels
  • Units over dollars report - monthly year-to-date units and dollars purchased
Ad-hoc reports can be produced for specific purposes, thus allowing even more flexibility. Because we listen to our customers, we are constantly improving our reports with our customers' suggestions.
